Susan Frigo began her education in the field of nursing with an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from the Mattatuck Community College in Waterbury, CT in 1975, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT in 1991, and lastly, a Certificate OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA in 1992.

Mrs. Frigo’s professional experiences include her services as a RN at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, CT from 1976 – 1991, Kaiser Permanente in West Hartford, CT from 1992 – 1993 and with Naugatuck Valley Ob-Gyn from 1994 to the present.

Mrs. Frigo’s certifications include a National Certification Corporation (NCC) certification in obstetrics from 1989-present and a NCC certification as an OB/GYN nurse practitioner from 1993-present. She also has professional memberships with the Connecticut Nurse Practitioner Group Inc. from 1992 – present and the Connecticut Perinatal Association from 1994 – present.
